Solving a problem - as defined here - results in reduced stressful feelings caused by the problem - or in the ideal case these disappear completely.
Other considerations beforehand have shown that the solution of the problem is important for you and that you therefore do not want to or cannot stay out of it.
All elements of a problem can be used. Questions help to question the individual elements.
Such questions are for example: Is the current situation really that bad? What is the benefit for me of achieving the target state? Under what circumstances can I stay out of it after all?
